Pastor Larry McDonald
Larry joined FBC Marysville in December of 2021 as pastor after a couple years of retirement. He had previously pastored three churches in Oklahoma. When the opportunity presented itself to become the pastor of FBC, he gladly accepted the congregation's call.
Teaching in the public schools as a business teacher was Larry's first career, then he became a business analyst with a major oil company unitl God impressed on him a desire to pastor.
Larry and his wife Teresa retired early to relocate to Marsyville in 2016 to be close to their son Jason and his family. Their daughter, Amy and her daughter also live in Marysville.
Larry holds a bachelor and master's degree in business education with additional studies in religious education. He can be found most morings running on the Jim Simmons trail.
